Returns & Exchange Policy

At Deepees Pret, every piece is crafted with care and checked for quality before dispatch. We currently do not accept returns, as each order is made and packed exclusively for you.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange for the same product or size (subject to availability).

To request an exchange:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Kindly share your order details and clear photos of the defect for verification.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process. .

Note: Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture are part of the beauty of handcrafted garments and will not be considered defects.
